"ExpLauncher" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in relation to your use of the App.

1. Information Collection and Use

The App does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location data) to external servers.

Installed Application Data

To provide its core functionality as a launcher, the App retrieves a list of applications installed on your device. This data is used solely to display and launch apps locally on your device and is never transmitted to any external servers.

Backup and Restore Data

The App provides a feature to export and import your configurations (settings, folder names, app arrangements, and widget positions).

Data Export: When you use the export function, the App generates a JSON file containing your configurations. This file is stored only in the location you specify (local storage or your chosen cloud service) using the Android Storage Access Framework (SAF).
Data Transmission: These backup files are under your control and are NEVER automatically transmitted, collected, or stored on servers managed by the developer.

2. Permissions and Data Access

The App accesses specific information for the following purposes:

Package Querying: The App queries installed packages to allow you to view and launch them from the home screen. It only accesses information necessary for launcher functionality.
Storage Access (SAF): The App uses the standard Android Storage Access Framework to allow you to select a destination for your backup files or to select a file for restoration. The App does not have broad access to your storage; it only accesses the specific files or folders you grant permission to during these actions.

3. Third-Party Advertising and Analytics

The App does NOT include any third-party advertising or analytics tools that track user behavior.

4. Children's Privacy

The App does not specifically target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

「ExpLauncher」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本アプリのご利用に関連して収集される情報とその取り扱いについて、以下の通り規定します。

1. 情報の収集と利用

本アプリは、ユーザーを個人的に識別できる情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報など）を収集、蓄積、または外部サーバーへ送信することはありません。

インストール済みアプリの情報

本アプリはランチャーとしての機能を提供するため、端末にインストールされているアプリの一覧を取得・表示します。この情報は、アプリの起動および表示のためにのみ使用され、端末外に送信されることは一切ありません。

バックアップと復元データ

本アプリは、ユーザーの構成（設定、フォルダ名、アプリの配置、ウィジェットの配置情報）をエクスポートおよびインポートする機能を提供します。

データのエクスポート: エクスポート機能を使用すると、本アプリは構成情報を含むJSONファイルを生成します。このファイルは、AndroidのStorage Access Framework (SAF) を使用して、ユーザーが指定した保存先（デバイス内ストレージやユーザーが選択したクラウドサービス等）にのみ保存されます。
データの送信: これらのバックアップファイルはユーザーの管理下にあり、開発者が管理するサーバーへ自動的に送信、収集、または蓄積されることはありません。

2. 権限の使用について

本アプリは、以下の目的のために特定の情報にアクセスします。

パッケージ情報のクエリ: ユーザーがインストールしたアプリを一覧表示し、ホーム画面から起動できるようにするために、アプリの情報のみを参照します。
ストレージへのアクセス (SAF): バックアップファイルの保存先選択、および復元ファイルの選択のために、Android標準のStorage Access Frameworkを使用します。本アプリはストレージ全体への広範なアクセス権限を持たず、これらの操作中にユーザーが許可した特定のファイルまたはフォルダにのみアクセスします。

3. 広告および分析ツール

本アプリには、第三者による広告配信ツールや、ユーザーの行動を追跡する分析ツールは含まれていません。

4. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を直接のターゲットとしていません。当方が13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。お子様が個人情報を提供したことが判明した場合は、適切に対応いたします。
